The Center for Global Partnership in collaboration with The Japan Chair at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) has launched The Japan Policy Fellows, an initiative to strengthen links between U.S. scholars of Japan and various stakeholders in the Washington, D.C. policy community. The inaugural fellows were Deborah J. Milly, Associate Professor, Virginia Technical University; and Kathryn Ibata-Arens, Assistant Professor, DePaul University.
