2009 Japan America Societies (JAS) Initiative Announcement!

CGP is pleased to announce the grantees for the 2009 Japan America Societies (JAS) Initiative.

JAS Initiative: In this three-year initiative started in 2008, CGP will devote approximately $120,000 per year to contribute to sustained growth and innovation within Japan America Societies throughout the US. Eligible grantees are members of the National Association of Japan-America Societies (NAJAS).

Grants were awarded in two categories: networking and capacity building.
  • Networking grants will enhance networks and linkages among and between Societies and thereby strengthen the capacities of these Societies.
