Abe Fellowship Program
This program seeks to foster the development of a new generation of researchers interested in policy-relevant topics of long-range importance and seeks individuals willing to become key members of a global research.

Japan Outreach Initiative Program
This program dispatches Japanese individuals to volunteer in communities mainly in the southern and midwestern areas of the US. Japanese individuals volunteer for two years as outreach coordinators at organizations.
